Consuming caffeinated beverages bad for children

Milk is the drink most appropriate for each child than coffee. Yes, coffee can have adverse effects for children. Even adults, need to limit their caffeine intake.

Caffeine can also cause dehydration because it forces your body to remove water, or called diuretics. Thus, children may feel more thirsty.

Not only that, soft drinks and caffeinated coffee is also bad for your child's teeth. These drinks can cause erosion of the protective layer on the teeth and cause other dental problems.

Caffeinated beverages also contain empty calories, which makes your child will probably lose more nutrients
